We have based our Consigment Philosphy and Process on my 40+ years of experience as a consultant. In fact, we even refer to the people who entrust their vehicles to us as "Clients". And, we treat them that way. We give them our best advice on how to maximize the Net Proceeds from their consignment sale and we manage and orchestrate the end to end process. We also provide timely, bi-weely Status Reports, just like we would do with our consulting clients.

OUR CONSIGNMENT PROCESS

1. SEND US THE DETAILS – Send us the information about your vehicle.
2. EVALUATION – We will evaluate your vehicle, researching current market conditions and trends. Our goal is to educate you and be completely transparent about a recommended sales price. We let you set the price!
3. TRANSPORTATON - We help to arrange transportation or set up an appointment for the vehicle to be brought in.
4. INSPECTION – Your vehicle undergoes a complementary visual mechanical evaluation to ensure quality and accurate representation.
5. AGREEMENT – Review and sign the consignment agreement.
6. MARKETING – Your vehicle receives a complementary mini detail, high-quality video, professional photos and a comprehensive write-up.
7. PUBLISHING – Your vehicle is advertised on 3rdcoastmotors.com and the leading car sale sites.
8. THE SALES PROCESS – This is the most frustrating part of selling a car - waiting for the offers. We promote your car on the car sale sites and on social media. We keep you informed during the process. If we receive an offer below your target selling price we will contact you before accepting it. You are in control! Once the sale is finalized, we handle all of the paperwork and shipping and wire you your funds.
