3rd Coast Motors is pleased to be able to offer a few (up to 10) lucky car enthusiasts the opportunity to store their vehicles in our secure, climate controlled storage facility in Norton Shores for the winter. We are conveniently located on Schamber Drive, which is off of Pontulana Rd, one block west of US 31.

Something else to think about

Vehicles need to be driven! If cars sit for too long, bad things happen - gaskets and hoses dry out, tires develop flat spots, brake parts rust, exhaust systems corrode, fluids deteriorate, debris can get into fuel injectors and fuel filters, etc. If your car has been sitting for multiple years or is not driven at least once/month, you should probably consider selling it. 3rd Cost Motors offers comprehensive and competitive Consignment Services that will help you maximize the price you get for your speciality car and minimize the hassle and time commitment of trying to sell the vehicle your self.

As you can see, our facility has plentiful electrical outlets for your trickle charger.
As part of our service, we will start and run your vehicle for 30 minutes once/month.
Access to our secure facility (and your vehicle!) will be by appointment only and will require 24 hour notice.
Our storage rentals are for a minimum of four months starting late November and ending March 31st. You will be able to extend your rental on a month to month basis if space is available.
You should plan on leaving your vehicle with us for the entire winter season. Because of the configuration of our space, it is very inconvenient and time consuming for us to move vehicles in and out of our facility. If you need to remove your vehicle, you will need to give us at least 48 hours notice. We will also charge a $50 Service Fee.
Mittten Detailing is right next door! We can coordinate with them to schedule your detailing service before you put your vehicle into storage or when you are ready to take it our for that first Spring Drive! They will also provide you with a "Friends & Family" discount for any of their comprehensive and highly rated Detailing Service.
